material; therefore over heating or thermal shocks do not affect either
its performance or shape, as it is common problem with FRPP and other
thermoplastic materials even made by world-renowned pump manufacturers.
These pumps are designed for regular service at 120oC. Where as its martens
temperature is whole number multiple of the same.

pumps do not require special attendant or day-to-day
preventive maintenance. Fibertech composites have proudly used carbon –
carbon composites made seal with Teflon chamber for loading springs, which
guarantees its life lasting trouble free service. Carbon – Carbon
composites are processed above 3250oC. High temperature
processing of sealing material certifies its trouble free performance
without any coolant. Where as conventional mechanical seals were always in
need of proper flow of coolant and preventive maintenance. Short time dry
run of pump does not deform seal housing or pump body. These
characteristics place these pumps in most demanding position in market.
